Travelling with them and hearing their local perspective on the sights, history, culture and economics of Ghana provided a depth to our experience that we did not expect. We toured Accra, Cape Coast, Kakum National Park and climbed Mount Afajado. We flew to Tamale where we were met by our guides and spent several days at Zaina Lodge in Mole National Park where we went on multiple safaris and saw elephants, Kob and so many other animals. Returning to the south by road, we spent several days in Kumasi visiting local artisans including Kente weavers and Adinkra artists. Upon arriving in Ghana, I was super thrilled when she greeted me at the hotel.
My driver was Albert and I felt very comfortable and safe with him as we drove throughout Ghana during my 8 day tour. He was always concerned about my well-being and comfort and even arranged for me to get a custom dress made by a local seamstress.
The Panafest Tour was fantastic. We did everything that was on the tour itinerary and it went off without a hitch. Landtours is very good at what they do and the pride they have in their company and Ghana is very evident.
