For those who will be sharing a double room: "Delegate 1" will be our primary contact person for all correspondence and billing purposes. Please ensure to fill in your room-mates personal details as required. One invoice will be billed for all services reserved for both sharing delegates to our primary contact. Land Tours WILL NOT be responsible for matching room-mates.

This is a BOOK and PAY service. Please note that only upon receipt of completed forms can we proceed to reserve rooms on your behalf.
